It’s true that 40% of adults in the US are sleeping less than 6 hours a night and are in fact living in a constant state of sleep deprivation.
The overall negative and compounding effects this can have on the mind body and spirit is devastating, but the great news is that….
We are beginning to wake up to the fact that as a nation, we are in sleep deprivation crisis.
The Revolution is taking hold and information is spreading about how sleep is one of the most IMPORTANT habitual patterns we have!
