How to set up your Healy
So you’ve just unwrapped your new Healy, or you’re curious to see how difficult the setup process is? Then you’re in the right place!

In this latest post in the Healy-Health© & Vitality series, we’ll be taking you through the simple steps of setting up your Healy, so you can get started right away! If this is the first post you landed on and you’re not too familiar with the Healy, check out our first blog in the series, What is Healy?
Once we’ve got you and your Healy all set up, in the next posts, we’ll start diving deeper into the theory behind the Healy and the different programs available. After that, we’ll start discussing all of the unbelievable capabilities of the Healy Resonance like remote healing and digital homeopathy.
As we discuss in our first post, What is Healy?, there are a few different versions of the Healy. The Healy Resonance uses a 2nd app for many of its functions that can also be downloaded for free from the app store, so there will be a second section later on that discusses the steps for that.
Setting up your Healy
Step 1: Charge your new Healy!
The box your Healy came in contains everything you need for your Healy, including a USB charger cord. You can plug this into your computer or an adapter like the one you use for your phone. Start charging it before you go to Step 2, you’ll want it to be on so you can sync it to your phone.
Step 2: Download the Healy app from the App Store
Step 2a: If you have an Android phone, simply follow this link to the Healy App and install.
Just go to the App Store on your iPhone and search ‘Healy’. The first app that comes up, with the pink circle, is the one you want to download. The second app in the picture, Healy Analyse, is specifically for use with the Healy Resonance.
Step 3: Opening up the Healy app
Now that your Healy has charged a bit and you’ve downloaded the Healy app, it’s time to make sure your bluetooth is enabled and open the app. There will be a series of permission questions, like ‘can Healy send notifications? Can it use bluetooth?’
We would recommend clicking Yes or Ok to all of these. The Healy cannot function without bluetooth, as it is controlled by your phone, and only sends notifications to let you know if you stopped the program.
The app will also show you the legal disclaimers related to the Healy and ask you to read and accept by clicking next.
Step 4: Pairing your Healy to your phone
Next, the app will ask you if you already have a Healy. Then it will allow you to sync the Healy to your phone, using your phone’s camera and the QR code located on the back of your Healy by
clicking the ‘Scan QR Code’ button. You just have to allow access to the camera first.
You can also enter the serial code manually if you like.
Step 5: Updating your Healy app
Once you’ve paired your Healy to the app, it may ask you to update. Accept. Once the update is complete, it will display your programs and you can get started! Depending on which version of the Healy you purchased, you will see different groups of programs.

Setting up your Healy Resonance
Even if you have a Healy Resonance, you’ll still want to follow the previous instructions and download the first app. While the second app has some really amazing features, it doesn’t replace the frequency-modulated microcurrent programs available through the first app.
Step 1: Back to the App Store!
Step 1a: If you have an Android phone, simply follow this link to the Healy Analyse App and install.
This time, you’ll want to download the second Healy app with the blue circle, Healy Analyse.
Step 2: Opening up the Healy Analyse app
Many of the following prompts and screens will be similar to the ones above (see Step 3). You will be shown disclaimers, and asked for access to bluetooth. Just like with the previous app, it will ask you if you already have a Healy and then connect to your Healy via bluetooth.
Step 3: Logging in
This step is different. To access the Healy Analyse app, you have to login with your HealyWorld email and password. This is the same email you used and password you created when you became a HealyWorld member and purchased your Healy.
Step 4: Your Master Key
As a strong layer of protection and privacy, the Healy comes with a highly encrypted ‘Master Key’ that allows access to your device. You are the only one with access to this ‘Master Key,’ so it’s important that you store it somewhere where you can’t lose it, like emailing it to yourself or saving it your iCloud. If you lose or break your phone, or want to allow a different phone to sync with your Healy Resonance, you will need this Healy Master Key to be able to sync your Healy with any other phone.
Step 5: Updating
Just like the last app, your app may be required to update. It’s recommended that you connect to WiFi, but it should only take a few minutes. Then you’re ready to get started!
