Your registration represents a commitment to participate in a Quantum Multiverse program, workshop or retreat and reserves a spot for you in the class. Cancellation policies refer to cancellation for any reason: illness, weather, car troubles etc.
Substitutions – another person may attend in your place at any time prior to the start of the program, with no additional fees.
Transfers – all in person tickets purchased will automatically convert to a livestream ticket.
Refund – Tuition is refundable as detailed below. Fees and restrictions apply.
If you purchased your class on quantummultiverse.world, our cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you need help canceling or have any questions, please email our customer support team.
There is a no refund policy on all single digital meditations or e-books unless there is a technical issue we are unable to solve.
Unless otherwise specified in the individual program, you will have a 7 day refund policy. If you decide within 7 days of the purchase date, that the program is not for you and you have not downloaded or accessed the full program, we will fully refund your purchase and remove you from the membership, if applicable.
Cancellations up until the day of the workshop:
• Substitutions – Yes
• Transfers – Live event ticket will automatically transfer to livestream ticket for the same event. Cannot be applied to any other events.
• Refund – No refunds.
Cancellations after workshop has begun:

• Transfers – No
• Refund – No refunds after the course start date.
If investment is being paid on the installment plan, 100% of the program investment becomes immediately due and payable.

• Refund – 25% of investment refunded
If investment is being paid on an installment plan, 75% of the course tuition becomes immediately due and payable.

• Refund – 10% of investment refunded less the value of any program components already delivered, ie. strategy call, meditations etc. or no refund if 10% isn’t equal or greater than the value of any program components already delivered.

Please understand that administrative costs and credit card processing fees are incurred for each enrollment even before members begin our programs. In addition, when a member registers for a seat in any of our programs, Quantum Multiverse reserves that seat for that member and depending on when the cancellation occurs, it may not be feasible to fill that seat again. Exceptions to our generous cancellation policy will be considered on an individual basis in the case of emergency or exceptional circumstances.
