Cancellation & Refund Policies

Please contact us before enrolling if you have specific questions regarding our cancellation policy. Please note that cancellation/refund policies will vary for registrations processed through our global partners. In the event that you need support with cancellation, refunds or customer service for any MyLife events, please contact their support team here.

Your registration represents a commitment to participate in a Quantum Multiverse program, workshop or retreat and reserves a spot for you in the class. Cancellation policies refer to cancellation for any reason: illness, weather, car troubles etc.

Substitutions Рanother person may attend in your place at any time prior to the start of the program, with no additional fees.

Transfers Рall in person tickets purchased will automatically convert to a livestream ticket.

Refund РTuition is refundable as detailed below. Fees and restrictions apply.

If you purchased your class on, our cancellation policy applies to your purchase. If you need help canceling or have any questions, please email our customer support team. 

Digital Products or Programs

There is a no refund policy on all single digital meditations or e-books unless there is a technical issue we are unable to solve.

Unless otherwise specified in the individual program, you will have a 7 day refund policy. If you decide within 7 days of the purchase date, that the program is not for you and you have not downloaded or accessed the full program, we will fully refund your purchase and remove you from the membership, if applicable.

Live & Livestream Events

We live in uncertain times. In the event of an (unlikely) lockdown or other unforeseen government policy, here are our cancellation policies for live and online events:

If a Live Event has to be canceled and Livestream is still available

If the live event has to be canceled due to government policy in the country where the event is taking place and we are still able to livestream or you are unable to attend a live event due to government policy, illness or any other reason, live tickets will be converted to livestream tickets and you will receive the difference (if applicable) as credit towards a future live or online event or for products in our shop.

In case Livestream is also not available

If the live event has to be canceled due to government policy in the country where the event is taking place and we are also unable to livestream, we will reschedule the event once the lockdown is lifted. All participants who bought tickets live or online will have the opportunity to participate on the rescheduled date. If you are unable to attend the live event on the rescheduled date, we will offer you participation online.


Once payment is final, we will not refund the ticket unless otherwise decided, but will replace it with either a future live or online event or one of our products. We look for the best solution for you and are always open to consider each case individually.
