Let go of past pain
Old debts weigh you down and hold you back from becoming fully happy. Just look at what credit card debt is doing to many peoples’ lives. The same applies for emotional debts like unresolved conflicts, holding on to past painful events and not really forgiving those who have done us wrong.

Forgiveness Quickie
1. Do the Switch
While alternating hitting your fist into your open palms, say to yourself:
I love and accept myself even if what is happening right now is creating stress and frustration. I love and accept myself if I now choose to accept what it is happening right now and to stay in my power. I trust what is happening to me is happening for me.
2. Connect to Self Worth
Tapping your spleen, which is located a few inches underneath you armpit, connects you to your self worth.
I love and accept myself even if I making this mean something about me. Even if I am doubting myself. Even if I am feeling unworthy. I choose to now know that I am worth a life in happiness and prosperity. I deserve to be free,
3. Tap Into the Sadness
Your thumbs are linked to our lungs and our lungs are connected to the emotion of sadness. While tapping your two thumbs against each other as if you would strike a match you say:
I love and accept myself at my deepest level. I now choose to release this sadness and release all of these toxic emotions. I now chose to let go of the past and step into the now. I chose for happiness and I now forgive this person on all levels. I am free. Free to be me.
4. Evoke Courage
Now think of someone who makes you smile, someone you love…and tap your courage points (these are under your clavicle bones near the dent by your shoulders)…close your eyes and with your opposite hand stroke down the outside of your upper arms – 10 times, counting out loud.
I love and accept myself with all of the fears I feel inside of me. The fear of rejection. The fear of being abandoned. I love and accept myself. I now choose to tap into my power of courage. I am brave. And, I have everything in me to take the next best step and to feel amazing.
5. Accept Anger
The liver is connected to the emotion of anger. Tap your liver on either side and say:
I love and accept myself with all this anger that I feel inside. With all the resentment I feel. I love myself and I forgive myself. I forgive myself for all the mistakes that I made. For all the times I was not in my power. I am at peace with myself and everyone around me. I am peace.
6. Cut Karmic Links
Wave the air above your crown chakra and you heart chakra.
I now choose to step into my power of forgiveness and letting go. I call upon all angelic helpers to cut all karmic links that are keeping me from forgiving and letting go. For, I am love. I am loved. I am loving. I am lovable. I deserve to live a life of freedom. I choose to be free of the past.
7. Send Unconditional Love.
Place your hands on your heart. Imagine seeing this person you would like to forgive.
Imagine a golden beam of light connecting all our hearts.
I claim my power back and I give you your power back. I claim my freedom back. I give you your freedom back. I claim back what’s mine and give you what’s yours. The past stays in the past. I wish you well just as I wish myself well.
