Find Our Messages in Your Gmail Inbox
Make sure you update your tabs so that our messages land in your inbox.
1.
Finding an email from us.
It will be in one of the following tabs: Primary, Social, Promotions or Updates
If you do not see the email in any of your tabs, check your spam folder. Once located, click on the email and select, "not spam."

If the email is in your “Promotions” or "Updates" tab, drag or right click to move it to your “Primary” tab.

When it asks if you want to do this for future messages, choose YES!

Add us to your contacts list:

  1. - Open the email from us.
  2. - Click the drop down arrow next to "Reply" in the upper right side the email from header.
  3. - Click the "Add Drs. Joy & Roy Martina to Contacts List" from the list that appears.
  4. - If Drs. Joy & Roy Martina does not appear in the dropdown list? Then you probably have already added us to Contacts.
